CACHE HUMANE SOCIETY

AFFORDABLE VACCINATIONS

Cache Humane Society offers affordable vaccinations for your pet. These are important to keep your pet healthy. Please look at our Clinic Schedule for our next available clinic day.  No appointment is necessary for vaccinations, but when we are busy with other pet owners, you may have to wait a few minutes with your pet.

It is better if you bring your dog on a secure leash, and your cat in a carrier.  This will reduce stress for you, your animal and our staff!

If  we do not have the record and you are unsure on the vaccination history for your animal. We will start their vaccination schedule as if they have not previously being vaccinated.

OTHER VACCINATIONS

If the vaccination your animal requires is not listed above,  this means Cache Humane Society does not offer it at this time. Please contact you local Vet for more information.

These vaccination schedules are based on recommendations made by the American Veterinary Medical Association. Other veterinary clinics may have a slightly different schedule, as each clinic is able to make  vaccination schedules to fit their own practice and clients.

Remember, recommendations vary depending on the age, breed, and health status of the animal, the potential of the animal to be exposed to the disease, the type of vaccine, whether the animal is used for breeding, and the geographical area where the animal lives or may visit.

Please consult with your veterinary doctor, if you have any particular questions about vaccinations for your animal.

If you have adopted an animal from Cache Humane Society

We ensure that all animals at the shelter are fully vaccinated and that vaccinations are current until the point of adoption. These are included in the Adoption fee. Our schedule for shelter animal vaccinations while in our care,  often varies from the table above, as we take into consideration that they are housed around lots of other animals. Please check the adoption paperwork, for when your pet's vaccinations are next due.

Cache Humane Society is not responsible to cover the cost for any further vaccinations and/or boosters for any animal after the point of adoption.
