CHS programs aim to

  1. 1)Promote placement of homeless pets

  2. 2)Reduce the number of homeless pets through spay/neuter

  3. 3)Help new pet owners to have a better relationship with their pet

  4. 4)Improve the lives and condition of the animals currently at the shelter
