Our foster program is designed to identify good animals that are not doing well physically, mentally, or emotionally at the shelter, and place them into a home where they can get specialized attention and rehabilitate. Once rehabilitated, these animals are brought back into the shelter where they have the greatest chance of being adopted into good and permanent homes.
