We adopted Berkley two weeks ago for a couple of reasons. First, my wife and I love dogs and were finally ready to become a two dog family. Second, dogs had recently attacked our mostly chocolate lab. After a couple of afternoons with a dog behaviorist, Hayduke was making good progress re-socializing. We felt having a docile collie as part of the family would be a long-term blessing for all of us. There is one other detail to add. My wife had been looking for a collie for several years, long before the recent incident. Berkley is the role model we were seeking!

I adopted Tootsie march 17th 2010. She is the love of my life just wanted to thank you. she loves her new family very much.

Hi!
I adopted Retta, then Lila, from CHS early December of 2009. Retta was a nervous girl but has gained quite a bit of confidence since I first got her but is still timid in new situations and around some people. She loves to play ball and snuggle in bed with me. She is the best dog I could ask for.

Hi! Update on Bella Joy (aka Kiwi). We adopted a red heeler mix from your shelter in October 2009. She was the runt of the litter but has turned out to be a very healthy, happy little girl. Her home now is Vegas where she enjoys her large backyard and playing with her brother Ranger (a nine year old red heeler). Also, as you can see by the picture, she enjoys music. We traveled all the way to Utah to find her and she has truly been a treasure. Keep up the great work in protecting our animals and finding them good homes.

Bear ( A.K.A Cylas)

We adopted Bear in Feb of 2010 and since then he has just brightened up our life he is a ball of laughs... he loves kids and all the neighbor kids. he is one of the sweetest dogs there could be. I so grateful that the Cache Humane Society is there to help these furbabies find loving homes..
